Story
I rescued Dash in October of 2016 from a local rescue organization when he was 4 months old. His birthday is May 31st, 2016 (turning 4 this year). He is about 12 lbs. Dash is great with people he knows (me, my mom, my roommate, guests who come over often, etc) but he is more timid with strangers and needs a lot of time to warm up. With ones he feels comfortable with though, he is a ball full of energy and love. He absolutely loves to cuddle on the couch and in bed, loves being held and will rarely ask for you to put him down. He has gotten better with walks, as the outside world used to be pretty scary to him. He still frightens easily when it comes to loud noises or sudden movements. He is great in the car and is crate trained. The reason I want to find him a new home is because of his behavioral issues, the main one being he's not 100% housebroken. I don't have enough time to commit to him and his needs and want to find a home that can provide more training & time.

Story
Our senior dogs name is Puppie. He is around 16 years old. We have two other dogs that are just too big for him to be around. We have tried to separate him but it's not it's fair to Puppie to isolate him. He is mostly blind, has little to no teeth so he only eats soft dog food. He is the sweetest, most loving little thing and just could be held all day. We found him on the street about 6 years ago and just want to give him a better life with more attention that he needs and loves. He can be left alone and is fine during the day. We has a gate area we would give whoever wants him that we usually lines with puppy pads, bed (and warming mat), food and water. Let me know please if you could give this little guy a loving life with lots of cuddles. He will just fall asleep in your arms in seconds. Thank you.

Story
All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, shots current (DHPP, Bordetella and Rabies where applicable), dewormed, flea and tick treated and microchipped.  * If you are interested in a dog, please first read the biography on the dog (keep scrolling down for the bio!) and then go to our website, www.dpsrescue.com for an application. Our adoption fee is $400-$800. if a biography does not otherwise say then it is $400. We will also post at the end of the evening the names of those dogs who have been adopted: www.facebook.com/DPSRescueAdoption Fee: $400 Clarence is a 2 year old tiny little man. He was relinquished to our rescue when his family was cited by Animal Control for too many dogs. He is 7lbs. He is low key. He's not an active dog. He doesn't mind going on walks but he's not a dog who wants to go on long runs or hikes. He's the dog who would rather be carted around in a purse! Clarence previously lived with dogs. He currently lives in a home with other dogs. He is an option to live with dogs or to live by himself. He could be someone's one and only. He deserves a lot of love. He had lived in a home where he has never had a bed of his own, bully sticks, pig's ears, treats, kongs, anything...We want him to have a home that smothers him in love and offers him all kinds of goodies.  Clarence hasn't proven to be a barker. He could live in an apartment or condo setting. He also could be a dog who joins Mom or Dad in their office if they have a dog friendly office. He has learned how to use the doggy door in his foster home. His foster mom is teaching him how to take treats. He wouldn't even take them out of her hand initially.  Clarence is only an option for an experienced home that has had a dog as an adult. If there are children they need to be older and very dog savvy. No small kids at all.

Story
Very good guard dog gentle within kids and never be afraid as she will bark to bring awareness as she barks out loud no one goes pass her. It will take awhile to get used to as she fears giant people that are not easily to trust. Nothing changes her view to alert you each time as first mentioned she is a very good guard dog.
