Leeta is 8.5 yrs old. VERY loving, quiet, friendly to all people and animals. Afraid of big dogs/aggressive small dogs. Aggressive children scare her. She NEVER bites/soils in the house. Rides in the car well. Prior owner was an elderly woman who passed last yr/family put Leeta in the shelter. She can't be left in the car alone or at home alone, panics that takes days to recover from. Won't eat if scared. Like a baby. Sleeps in your bed by your shoulder on her blankie/foot of bed, plays well with toys when engaged. Sits all day quietly as you do work at home. Warns if a male stranger comes to the door unexpected. Commands of "It's o.k., No, Go Bye-Bye, Potty, Eat your food, take a bath, brush your teeth, let's go to bed". Needs homed with another small nice pet and adult who is home with her. Fenced yard for short playtime a plus! Wears clothing as needed. Always uses a harness for walks/neck safety. Walks for 15-20 mins. Potties easy. Owner's serious health issues.

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Online Adoption Application › Bonded pair Tammy (blonde) jelly bean (black & white) are estimated to be 12 yr old chihuahuas. Their owner had passed so these golden girls are looking for their retirement home where they can enjoy lots of love and relaxation. Tammy does have a stage 4 heart murmur and enlarged heart which requires daily meds. She is spunky and playful and loves to be held and give kisses. Jelly Bean is a chunky loving girl who enjoys eating and laying next to you on the couch or being held and loved on. Both girls are great with their foster siblings. Tammy is partially house trained Jelly bean does very well using pee pads loves to go outside and explore. You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Online Adoption Application › Grace is a beautiful Chihuahua with the softest grey coat. She will need a commited family that is willing to help her with her special needs of neurological issues. These may be challenges for her but they are small challenges because they don’t stop her from being a fun loving, spunky quirky little girl who loves to play. If Grace joins a family with other dogs, she will need a non dominate and patient pack. Because of her possible neurological or sight issues she sometimes doesn’t understand that other dogs don’t want to play. Grace doesn’t know anything is different about her, all she wants is to have fun. Grace just gets a little confused where she is or where she is going so she will need help to find her way whether going outside or helping her find her way around the house (she likes to sleeping in random places) assuming due to her neurological delays and/or sight issues she does like to put have her paw in her food and water dish while eating or drinking which can sometimes leads to a few messes. Grace has a big puppy personality. She will need a loving family that is patient and willing to give her some extra guidance from time to time.
