Story
Eve is a cuddle bug once she trusts you. It doesn't take her long but she will need a day or two to settle in and feel safe. Eve is 4 years old and was rescued from the shelter. Eve will follow you around and be your constant companion. She's done well with other small dogs and is in a foster home with a teenager. Not sure if she's ok with younger children. 200 adoption fee which includes all vetting and microchip and rabies. If you are interested in meeting her please submit an application to www hopesrescue.org. Eve will need to have someone committed to helping her overcome her shyness and continue working on housetraining. She's doing better but still needs some work. At sometime in her life she lost an eye but we think it makes her even more adorable. Please consider adopting eve and giving her the home, she so deserves.

Story
We got Cookie in California from a county shelter. She is about 4 years old and very much a princess. She would do best in a single pet family with no children just because she wants all the attention. She does fine with other pets and children it just takes her a bit of time to adjust to sharing affection. She is deaf so requires a family dedicated to keeping her environment safe such as a fenced secure yard and always on a leash outside of the house and yard. She can not hear her people call her or cars so the possibility of her getting lost and hurt are higher then for most. She is a super love and will spend every second she can snuggled in your lap for together time. She always wants to eat so we have been very careful to monitor her food intake to health vitamin rich dog food, organic treats and no people food. This helps her maintain her girlish figure. She does very well on a leash and loves strolls outside. Cookie is healthy and happy!

She does fine with other people. she isn't violent but she really is a one person dog. She is a very needy dog. has to be under foot all the time. She will go potty outside but she wont ask. the woman i got her from just had her go on potty pads so that is what she is comfortable with. The biggest issue that we cant handle is she barks almost non stop. it almost obsessive. we tried a bark collar that buzzes at her and she completely ignored it. its just frustrating with so many people and living in an apt. Because of this, she barely gets to go out for walk because she just barks non stop. She is obsessed with food. She will ignore her food and act like she is starving just to get to your food. if you leave food unattended, she will steal it.

Story
Mickey is a sweet older gentleman who wants nothing more than to be right by your side. He will always look for you to make sure you haven't gone too far and wags his tail with happiness once he finds you! Mickey loves to just chill and nap by his person. He gets along well with other doggie friends, big and small. Mickey freezes when on a leash and would need some leash training or just a back yard to do his business. His foster family keeps him on a schedule to help with potty training and he is crated when they are gone. Mickey had some extensive dental work done so he may need soft food for the rest of his life. Mickey traveled from far away to find a family willing to love him and snuggle him for the rest of his days. He will definitely love you right back!
