Story
Precious’s owner passed away and I took her in. Precious is the perfect lap dog! She loves to follow her owner around 24/7! She is about 5 years old. She prefers men (all ages) and older women. Precious has small dog syndrome, she is 5lbs, and tends to be territorial of her owner. For this reason precious is best in a home without small children or other pets. She will bark when she feels her space is being invaded and has nipped before. Due her small size and dental work (small dog/crowded teeth, some teeth have been removed) she is not able to do much harm with her nipping. Precious gets very excited when company arrives and squeals like a pig, and may sometimes squat and tinkle in excitement. Precious is doggy door trained, but if she is upset with me she will have a number 2 in the house. I’am away from the house for very long hours and do not have quality time to give to her, or to work on her behavioral issues.

Her name is Katie she is very 🥰 loving. I recused her from an abused home. She does have allergies to grass and pollen. So she will need to be on medication to control it in the summer months. She loves to play with my dog Rosie, and also loves my grandson. She plays fetch and plays with 🧸 toys to. We are working on potty training. She is doing very well. But once in awhile she might slip. The vet said she is about 8 months and she won’t get any bigger. Right now she weighs 8 lbs. she needs a good home. I would love to see her with a family. She has a lot of love to give.
