Story
Jack is a sweet, protective boy who is looking for a new forever home. He loves going for walks and going on hikes. He has slowed down a bit since he is getting older, but still loves to play with his toys. He loves to share snacks with you and will even do tricks for treats! He can sit, shake, lay down, high five and speak. He is very loyal and will protect his home. He loves to cuddle at night and will sleep with you or on his bed nearby. Jack is a great dog who needs someone willing to work with him on his flaws. He is very loyal and protective and takes time meeting, trusting new people. He does not like children, a home with no children would be best. He is a lover of food and does show food aggression. Due to these characteristics is why he needs a new home. His current family has a young baby and another on the way and the current situation is not working. This is a hard choice, but the best for both him and the family.

Story
Cronus is a gentle giant and his favorite pastime is napping. Because of his color and since he is so sweet his nickname is "Twinkie". If he tucks his paws in he looks like a seal/manatee:) He has no medical conditions. A Leonberger / Chow mix, he is neutered, about 6 y.o, and house-broken. We are hoping he is not soon heart-broken as Cronus has a soul-mate named Hera and they are a 'bonded pair'. Cronus will not eat when Hera is away for an extended period. Cronus is on the lazy side, but he will take a walk with Hera. They can be left for 8-10 hours if necessary as long as they are together. Cronus is, how should I say this, efficient - he walks out the door, does his business, and head back inside. Cronus and Hera rarely bark except muffled, little barks when they are dreaming. We have had numerous neighbors comment that they did not even know we had dogs. They would do best in a home where they could be the center of attention. They love humans. They are not fond of cats.

Story
Found this sweet Old Man three weeks ago, wandering around on the street. He looks like he was taken care of at one point, but seems to have been abandoned. He is about 10 yrs old, Chow mix, who LOVES going on walks and cuddling, and generally gets along with everyone! He is male, not neutered, good with children, hasn't been around cats, potty trained, good with other dogs but would do best as the only dog or with a docile dog, territorial around food, was not chipped when I found him but I have since gotten him chipped. He would also do best in a single-story house or apartment, as he has trouble getting up and downstairs and needs to be carried, he also very good on a leash and doesn't pull.

Story
About 1 1/2 years ago two humans (mom and daughter) rescued me (Rotty/German Shepherd blend) and my bonded-mate Cronus (Chow/Leonberger blend). After fostering us for only a few weeks they made the decision to adopt us. Ironically my humans believe we saved their lives, but the truth is the four of us saved each other. After all the tragedy that my human have been through in the last few years (I will leave it to them to share their story with you) I wish I can say 'we all lived happily ever after'. However life is not always like a fairy tale. To no fault of my humans we are now looking for a new home. One of the qualities our humans like best about us is the true love between me and my bonded-mate Cronus. Our humans tell us that this kind of love is rare and they wish more humans were like us, always looking out for each other. Even when we sleep we always have a point of contact between us. Many times that results in Cronus' butt in my face, but I still love him.
