Due to COVID-19, the unknown surrounding it and, the request that we ALL nationally stay home – OLBH is suspending all adoptions, new fosters and any non-essential visitors to the rescue until which time it is deemed safe to resume normal practice.   Ready, set, go! All he needs is the word, and eager and aptly named Coal is off. Playful with a capital "P", this cheerful and charismatic black beauty loves romping and racing almost as much as he loves sitting for treats or getting brisk rubdowns. Any active adopter in search of an excellent running or hiking partner will find one fur-ever in Coal.We require   that you have a fenced in yard, not a "kennel" in the yard AND we do not approve underground fencing. Depending upon the dog some exceptions are made for those who live in apartments.   We also require that the adoptee will be a part of the family "living" within the home. Our adoption process may be found on our website at www.bitofheaven.org Visits are scheduled by appointment only via emailing request to ownedbycaninesandlovit@yahoo.com

(ask to meet her outside where she isn't shy)ADOPTION INCLUDES: Spay or Neuter, Deworming, Vaccinations (excluding rabies), Microchip, Free Vet visit at Participating Offices, 30 Days of Health Insurance provided by PetHealth (some restrictions apply). ADOPTION FEES may vary, but our standard fees are: Cats and Kittens are $85, Dogs are $125, and Puppies under 7 months are $175. We offer Discounts on Senior Animals and Special Needs Animals. We also offer special incentives for Seniors and Military.
