Story
Raven will be 6 years old in August. She needs someone who is experienced and knowledgeable of chow chows and is very understanding of their temperament. I say this because Raven has been a one person dog all of her life and although she has never bitten or gotten aggressive with anyone, if cornered, she tends to get on the defense with those who pressure her to interact with them. Most times, she will shy away, but if given patience, love, and gentleness, I believe she will come around and learn to accept and trust a new owner. But lots of patience and kindness are the keys! Raven is house trained. She has always been an inside dog since puppyhood, but she does like being outdoors during the day. Raven is a quick learner - she knows certain commands and tricks. She loves treats! As regards her shots, she was vaccinated for rabies in April. The 5in1 shot -she is not up to date - I do not give this shot every year as she has been the only dog for the past 3 years.
