Hey there. My name is Dalena and I am a wiggle butt. I am also extraordinarily happy and joyful and love to prance and dance and snuggle and play. I am around seven, but have the energy of girl much younger, so dont let these grays fool you. I love toys and walks and to romp in the outdoors; if you throw the ball, I might bring it back (but I might not). Ive been through obedience training so I can understand if you tell me to sit or lay down. Speaking of laying down, I'd love to lay down at your feet while you work, or go outside with you if you are out there, in the car, on a walk. I'll pretty much go where you go. I'd prefer to be in a home without young children, other dogs or cats. Cats are really just big squirrels to me and I largely feel compelled to chase them. Not sure if I'd eat them, but you may not be able to tell the difference. Anyhoo - right now I'm tired, ready to settle down in a home with folks that love me. She’s a sweet ten year old girl. She loves to snuggle and still plays like a puppy. She likes walks and playing fetch. She does well around kids and other animals. May take her a little while to warm up to other animals, but i have not had any serious issues with her around other animals. She’s been with me since she was a puppy. She’s loyal and lovable. She snores like a little old lady but i super cute about it. Ideal home now would be someone retired or works from home. She’s not happy being alone. She does not like being kenneled or in any kind of cage. This upsets her and causes her to act out. If you can take her to work with you or provide her a place with plenty of space and company, she’ll be much happier than she currently is.

You've heard the phrase, "Cute as a button?" Well that is a perfect way to describe Rosie. This little girl is the runt of her litter and all of 5 lbs (4-5-20). Rosie gets along great with other dogs but can be the annoying little sister sometimes. She loves to play with stuffed toys, especially those twice as big as she is. Rosie also plays very well alone. As a matter of fact her foster mom believes she has an imaginary friend that she plays with. She loves being outside a lot. Rosie knows how to sit and will very patiently wait her turn for a treat. She is doing great with her house training but stills has an accident here and there. The best thing is in the evening when everyone settles down from a long day she will snuggle up on whoever is closest and fall fast asleep. Story
Lionel is a such a sweet boy. Although he is blind due to cataracts, his foster mom says he is doing really well and gaining confidence every day. The first few days, she took him outside every couple of hours on a leash, then he soon learned how to the use doggie door. He hasn't had one accident in the house! She also fed him alone in his crate while he was acclimating, but now he eats with the other dogs with no issues. He loves sleeping in any comfy spot he can find. He also knows how to sit! His foster says he's a great dog! He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and heartworm negative. He has also had a dental and they removed all of his bad teeth. His eyes should be monitored in case they worsen.
