Story
Bo is a 3 year old blue heeler. Where do I start with this handsome and very loyal dog. Bo takes his companionship very seriously. He will protect his person with everything he has got. Bo would make a single woman a very good companion and protector. Once he claims you as his own he will do whatever you want. Bo is very attentive and listens very well to any command given. He walks well on a leash and with out one. Bo loves to play in the water so he would be a great dog to take camping, hiking or to the lake. He is up to date on all yearly vaccinations, has been heartworm tested, started a heartworm preventative, treated for fleas, ticks, intestinal parasites and is neutered. Bo is ready for immediate adoption to the right person. For more information, please email Stephens County Humane Society at schs@att.net, or call us at 580-252-7387 (PETS). Our animals are spayed/neutered, UTD on shots, and treated for ticks, & fleas. Cats are tested for FeLV & FIV; and dogs are tested for heart worms.Normal adoption fee for cats is $75.00; and $100.00 for dogs, but we frequently have specials running and/or animals who have had their adoption fee sponsored, so ... call us! Let us help you find your next fur-baby!

Story
Tex and his sister Avery made their way onto a good Samaritan's property and he cared for them until we could bring them into our program. We don't know much about them yet since they are brand new to our program. One thing is for certain they are puppies and with that comes curiosity and a lot of energy. They have started their puppy vaccinations, heartworm prevention, treated for fleas, ticks and intestinal parasites. They will be available soon. For more information, please email Stephens County Humane Society at schs@att.net, or call us at 580-252-7387 (PETS).
