Cody (2 yrs, 25 lbs) wants to be outgoing and brave, but led a sheltered early life so is building his confidence in foster care. He is great to go on walks with, despite his short Corgi legs, and is getting better each time we go to restaurants, parks and stores. At home, Cody is happy, playful and loves his petting. He is crate and house trained, sits and dances for his treats and gets along great with dogs and cats. His little face lights up with happiness when he gets his attention and contentment when he gets to lay down nearby. Cody really is a sweet boy with a lot of love to offer once he gets to bond to you. Cody is available for adoption with Saving Grace Dog Rescue of San Antonio.  The adoption fee is $150.00.   An adoption application, home visit and adoption contract are all required.  All dogs are spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccinations appropriate for their age, microchipped, and wormed for internal and external parasites.  If you would like more information or an adoption application, please email us at sgdrsa@outlook.com. Please note that visual breed identification in rescue dogs is unreliable so for most of our dogs we are only GUESSING at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each dog as an individual and will do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not by breed label.

Had her since she was a puppy all she wants to do is lay with you. Never has shown any aggression to anyone or any other animals cats and dogs, very submissive. She is very sweet and playful with my older son. Unfortunately, my youngest is allergic and we need to rehome immediately.

Thor was adapted from our local shelter. He is a sweet heart that just wants to be loved! He is great dog for a couple in the look for a fur their baby! He is great with female dogs but not so go with male dogs. He is a loving character, that loves to cuddle and play! We love him bu unfortunately can’t keep him because he doesn’t get along with our other male dogs.
