Vail here -I just moved to MN within the last couple months and I have had quite the ride thus far. You see, I moved from TX where I was found on the side of the road in a kennel along with almost 20 other dogs. We were all brought into the shelter and I was finally picked up to go to a foster family so I could join a new life in MN. As you can imagine, my human interactions haven't been that great prior to coming to MN. My foster mom didn't give up on me and she keeps telling me that I will learn to love her like she loves me. I have to say I am still coming around, but I'm a whole new doggy. I don't like to be held, but I do love to go outside and play with my foster sisters and brothers. My kennel is still my safe place, so if I get a little too overwhlemed, I'll go in there and lay down for a bit. My foster mom asked me to think about my perfect home, so this is what I am thinking so far. I would love a calmer home, young kids are a little too unpredictable for me, I also would love to have a doggy friend and a secure, fenced yard. I currently live with dogs and cats and I think both are great, but I do love to play with the other doggies and they are teaching me so much too!
