Chato is about 4 to 5 years old. He is a short-legged, stocky, short haired dog. He is a good watch dog and will notify you when guest arrive or someone approaches the property. I am seeking a home for Chato because he was my father dog and my father passed away. Chato is loving and smart. Like many dogs, he will gently nibble on your hand or arm to show his affection. He also tries to talk. He loved my parents porch swing and would run and jump on it. When children visit he would always keeps his distrance and was never threatening. Since my father's passing, he seems sad and more timid, and hides when people come on the property. He needs a home with a fenced in yard preferably in Texas. He probably would be good with older children or adults.

Tiki is a female, short-legged, semi-long haired mixed breed. Tiki belonged to my father, who recently passed away. Tiki is very sweet and lovable. She runs around in circles when she is happy. she is very resourceful and has dug holes in the ground to sleep in during the very hot days of Texas. She is a good watch dog. She seems okay with visitors but will alert you of any animals or people that approach the property. Tiki has lived on.75 acre property in south Texas so at mimimum she will need a yard and to live in a place that it does not get below 35 degrees unless shelter will be provided for her. Thank you for considering making a home for her.
