Piglet is full of personality and sure to keep you laughing. He does the stillest things, from the way he sits to the way he plays. The volunteers at the rescue can’t wait to see what he does next. He would do great in a home with other dogs as he loves to play. He also loves to cuddle and go on walks. Piglet is neutered, up to date on shots, heartworm negative and will be microchipped prior to adoption. If you’re looking for a fantastic dog, Piglet is your guy! **All of our dogs require a Meet and Greet prior to processing an application. We want to ensure you and the dog are a good fit for each other.**

Grizzly Grizzly is a handsome chocolate lab (mix?) with a speckled chest and speckled toes. His coat is very dark but it is definitely chocolate. We think he is around 5 years old. He is great with people, he will tiptoe up to you if he isn’t sure about things. It’s so cute. He seems to know his manners and does well in his kennel. Grizzly isn’t very big weighing in at 47 pounds. NO cats. Other dogs require a meet n greet. Date of Intake: 2/8/2020 Grizzly is located in foster care. Email us at Dogs@maumellefoa.org for more information. Online adoption applications available at www.Maumellefoa.org. Our adoption fee is $80. Included in the fee is shots, sterilization, microchip, dogs are given a dewormer at time of intake, placed on monthly flea/tick preventative, if heartworm negative then they are placed on heartworm preventative, if heartworm positive then they are treated once an adoption finalized.    We are always at the NLR PetSmart with our available pets on every Saturday of the month. 10:30 - 3:15 ish.   Find Maumelle Friends of the Animals on Facebook!

Story
Reign is a rescue dog. She was roaming around in a busy highway so we picked her up on 10-19-19. I took her to the vet and they estimated that she is about 8-10 months old. They also think she is a Dalmatian/heeler mix. She has all of her shots and she was tested for heart-worms: it was negative. I want to rehome Reign because I simply have a busy schedule and I don't have time to look after her. The vet said there was a scar present that indicated that she was spayed but I did not spay her.

SPECKLES This sweet young boy was abandoned and found his way to a Good Samaritan's home. He is thought to be a Dalmation and Springer mix. He is young, appears to be house trained, is very loving and is already gaining weight. This is a truly sweet boy who will make a wonderful family dog.
