Story
Welcome Rey Rey. She is a 1.5-year-old Staffordshire/Dalmatian blend is our guess. She is about 45 to 50 pounds full grown. This girl was found with her puppies. She was the most amazing momma dog. She wouldn’t leave the puppies side for 6 weeks. She would literally just leave for the most necessary things and then back in to be with her pups. I think being a deaf momma had it’s challenges because she couldn’t hear her babies cries. She had them in the wild before being taken in and she needed to keep them safe. Incredible foster moms took her and the pups in. She helped the family and all the puppies have found homes now. The foster for Rey Rey has come to CCPAL for help finding the momma a home. She is a deaf dog and is working on hand commands with her foster family. She is good on a leash, likes car rides, she is good in a crate, potty trained, good with other dogs and protective of her family and what she considers her people. She would be a great dog for a family. She has been around an 11-year-old and a 3-year-old and she loves the kids. We would say kids that are 7 or older as a general rule on all adult dogs. She would be great with a family that has had a deaf dog or someone that is deaf and knows the challenges that you face. She will need a fenced yard as recall is not possible. She is great on a leash so walking her will be easy. She is up on her shots, healthy, spayed and ready for her forever home. She loves car rides. She recently was spayed and had a tick removed from her ear canal and a small cyst from the other ear. She still cannot hear but now she has perky upright ears. She is in Texas and can be adopted locally or we can work with one of the wonderful transporters to deliver her to Washington, Portland, Minnesota, Vermont or all along the East Coast. Her adoption fee is 200 and transport is 185. Contact Marlene at 210-867-1769 or email to maudreyh@aol.com for an application. See her cute video!!

Story
Lola is a rescue she lives with my parents in Colombia south america. I have been funding her housinv for a year holping to bring her to NYC but I likely won't have time for her. I want to fly her here if someone is willing to give her a loving home. I rescued her 6 years ago and fell in love. I am determined to ensure she is safe and happy as she deserves to be. Lola loves dancing and cuddles. She is funny and kind and needs lots of love and attention. She was abused by an owner before me who abandoned her outside of his apartment in Colombia. I found her and she has been mine ever since. Lola is a sweet kind dog. Please message me if you are interested. She is a strange unknown mix of breeds but her appearance is quite special almost like a dalmation but smaller. She is nervous around new people and dogs but with the right esperienced owner she is a dream to be around. Very respectful of her home. Please consider her!

Story
Diamond is the sweetest angel! She gets along with other dogs (big and little) ALL children, and all people. She does not like cats, bunnies, or squirrels. She is so sweet and full of love. No food aggression. No aggression at all (unless there is a cat or squirrel- she will chase them). My kids climb all over her and smother her with kisses. She is an absolute sweetheart. We rescued her from a kill shelter and have been fostering her for about 4 months. She is ready for a forever home (without cats). She would benefit from a doggy door and fenced in yard as she drinks tons of water and had to go out a lot to pee:)
