9 yr old has been abandoned by it's owner. He is a great dog, his only perp is puppy or puppy like behavior from another dog, can only be around grown dogs with good manners. His special needs are love and good nutrition, and someone who knows this breed and cant live without a dobie. Excellent watch dog. Likes to fetch and play in water and just lay down in it. He was very personable and stayed close to us the whole time. He’s very affectionate and loves being doted on. If you like Dobbies and want a pretty mellow one Sterling is your man. He may be blind in his left eye but his possible loss of vision had no effect on his mobility. Could be a bit picky about other animals. Sterling is, 60+ lbs and heartworm positive.
