Hey there! I`m Zeus, a fun-lovin` pooch looking for my furever home. My previous owner called me `the best dog ever` but sadly had to move away. I`m hoping to find a new best friend who enjoys staying active as much as I do! I love playing fetch, zooming around a fenced yard, and eating treats. Are we going for a jog? If so, I’d love a toy to chew on while we get our steps in! Nothing makes me happier than tiring myself out running around, then curling up on the couch for snuggles with my human BFF. I`m an easy-going dude who aims to please. I`m house trained, crate trained, and already know basic commands. Just load me up with chew toys and I`ll be one happy pup! I get along great with people and other dogs, so I could join a family or live with a friendly canine sibling. My perfect home would give me lots of exercise, toys to play with, and plenty of love. Think you could provide all that? Then let`s meet and see if we`re a match!

Adopted this little guy through Texas Humane Heroes. At the time did not know that Doberman was on the list of my complex’s breeds that we cannot have even though he is a mixed breed :( so unfortunately I have to find him a new home. He’s 9 months old. A very playful pup, especially when around other dogs! Loves to follow you around the house and enjoys being loved on. He is very good at not using the bathroom inside of the house. Knows the commands “sit” and “go potty” and loves to be rewarded with treats when being a good boy.

Sheena was born around September 2007. Sheena is a beautiful light brown Rhodesian Ridgeback. She is housebroken, doesn't chew and has been professionally trained. She even has a CD to show off her skills! She has a medium activity level and enjoys going for walks, playing at the lake and going for car rides. Sheena is very affectionate, playful and sweet and is good with kids and adults. The only things Sheena does not like are crates and other dogs. Sheena completed her basic obedience training at Starmark Animal Behavior Center in Hutto, Texas. If interested in adopting Sheena please fill out application at www.lifelongfriends.org/adoptions. Please note we only adopt in Texas and all family members must meet Sheena prior to approval.
