Story
Aisha is a 5 year old Fawn Pitbull, shes kennel trained, shes house broken with a doggy door, she not an active dog, she loves sleeping and her farts are horrible!! She has to live inside, I don’t think she’ll make it as an outside dog since she’s always been inside! over all she’s a great Dog, very protective with her humans, great guard dog! She’s a little over weight and was placed on a diet by her vet, but we were unsuccessful.. she’s been with us since she was 7 months, it hurts to do this, but unfortunately because of financial issues we had to move out of the house we lived in and now the place we live in doesn’t allow pets.

Story
Looking to find a forever home for our dog Blue.He is a 23 month old German Shepard and Blue Nose mix. He has his parvo shots. Blue is an active lovable dog who unfortunately has outgrown our home. He is potty trained and is used to being indoors. Our family dynamic has changed and we can no longer provide him with the attention and exercise he deserves. We know that he will be better off with someone who has an active lifestyle and room for all the love he has to give.

Douglas was found on an abandoned property with another dog. They were living in absolutely disgusting conditions and chained up. He is very well behaved but needs work on manners. He is very smart so a little training will go a long way! He knows sit, he loves to play fetch, he loves toys, walks, car rides and runs. He would make an excellent running partner.

Luna just turned 1 year old. Great with big dogs and kids. Good with little dogs but she kind of bats them around when she plays so she would b best with big dogs. Housebroken and obedience trained. She young and energetic so if not properly exercised and given attention, she will be destructive. Use to go to Rover doggie daycare and they loved her a ton. Located in Valencia, CA.

Story
Meet Salty! Fun Facts about Salty: He escaped from prison* His left ear likes to stick up Afraid of scary movies (Anabel scared him most) *Salty was a part of Marley’s Mutts Pawsitive Change program last year but escaping from prison seems like a better story. No tats though, he’s a clean cut gentleman. Salty is an amazing dog. You’ve heard of move-in ready homes? Well, Salty is a somewhat move-in ready dog (since we’ve had an influx of medical or emotional needs dogs this was a huge change for us). He is ready to give his devotion to his new family! He knows basic commands but we will provide sessions with a trainer to reinstate his training, and strengthen the bond with his new family. His ideal family would be active or weekend warriors. He’s an extremely large lap dog, super affectionate, playful, and energetic. We wouldn’t recommend small or timid children because of his size he may knock them over. He’d love another dog friend to play with but if he’s in an active home we think he’d be okay with that too. He does leave the senior, tiny dogs alone. Salty does not do well with cats or loud noises. He has excellent hearing and will bark/howl when he hears a noise, so an excellent watchdog. We question his guard dog potential because he just wants affection (we’re glad prison didn’t harden him). If this sounds like your guy, fill out an adoption application or contact us with any questions. https://www.adoptapet.com/pet/23828524-bakersfield-california-cattle-dog-mix
