Story
Lucky is a lab mix. He was found running lose when the earthquakes and fireworks were going on in Ridgecrest. This dog is super sweet and kick back. A very mellow dog who likes to sit back and watch the world go by or get hugs and kisses and treats. He is not a barker or a digger. He loves all people. But he is very dog selective. He would probably be best as an only dog. He would make an excellent store dog greeting people and sitting back enjoying the action. But he is very athletic and can jump most fences if he is ignored or bored so his new home should have a lot of land or other means of containing him, a 6 ft block wall will keep him in too. He is crate trained and potty trained. We are working on the leash (he pulls).

Story
Received Bronson because the previous owner adopted a new puppy. Bronson was getting jealous and not getting along with the new puppy so the previous owner was going to have him put down. He was also exposed to children becoming a part of his family at the same time the puppy was brought in. I think he was overloaded with new people and a new dog into his territory so he wasn't behaving well. I've had him for about a week and he has gotten along with both my dogs really well. I don't have room and wasn't prepared or looking to have another dog. This happened very fast because I didn't want him put down. I didn't feel that it was warranted. I would like to find him a good home as soon as possible.

Story
This boy was found running lose and scared, his owner never came forward. He seems to have scars on his face consistent with being too close to a fire with sparks flying (maybe fireworks?). We believe he is doxi X shepherd X corgi. This boy is very friendly and trainable. He is a happy boy that loves everyone and gets along well with other dogs. He does have anxiety when in a crate that we are working on and separation anxiety. Scooby loves getting his Scooby snacks in his crate though! He is potty trained for the most part but it takes him a bit to get in the routine when introduced to a new place. He also may try to dig out so wire fencing should be laid down at the fence line or pavers or other method. But really he is a very sweet boy that is one of the happiest dogs we have ever seen! His tail will be awaggin! He just wants someone to love him

Story
This precious little girl weighs only about 10 pounds. She is shy and quiet. Potty and crate trained. She came out of domestic violence situation and is timid with men, but good with kids and women. Loud noises scare her too. She is not a barker though. She does love to play with other dogs. Xena would love a forever home for Christmas!

Story
This sweet boy Odie really needs a foster or a forever home. He’s good with people, large female dogs (small female dogs hasn’t been tested), and cats. Not good with other male dogs. Almost Eden in Ridgecrest CA is helping him right now, he’s at the vet, but he is still at the house he is staying, he stays outside in the cold and there’s too many sharp things in the yard, he keeps getting hurt. A kind lady has been bringing him food. The left one is a photo I took in March, the right one is the one they took today. He is in bad shape but as you can tell, when he is happy and healthy, he’s such a cute dog.
