Harley is a sweet gal with tons of energy and lots to say like most hounds do! She does like running in yard with her dog friends and also loves a good scratch and love from the humans. City life would not be ideal for this girl. She could benefit from some obedience and leash training as well.

Briscoe is a very handsome boy who came to us from Texas. We do not know anything about his past. He seems to be very nervous and needs some socializing. Briscoe has come around and seems to love everyone! He does play rough like a puppy. So he could definitely benefit from some basic obedience training. We have also discovered he loves to play with other dogs! To meet this dog in person please stop by the shelter on Tuesday, Thursday or Saturday during our normal business hours. Story

Angel is a sweet loving little girl who just wants to cuddle. She would be best as the only pet. She has shown some signs of anxiety since being with us. At first it seemed to be when the kennel area was dark at night she would tear up her kennel and have bloody feet by morning, leaving a light on near her kennel seemed to help this, but then when it stormed she had the same reaction even with the light on. We are trying her on some anxiety meds to see if it helps her. This does not mean she will necessarily need to stay on them forever, it is very possible going to a home she could be weaned off the medication and do just fine. But there is that possibility she may always have anxiety issues. To meet this dog in person please stop by the shelter on Tuesday, Thursday or Saturday during our normal business hours.
