Story
Date of birth 9/08/2015 Nala was adopted when she was a kitten, we knew she was a feral brought in by the humane society. She had grown up with another cat of ours but last September he ran away and never came home. She’s not the most loving, but in time she warms up to you but doesn’t like to be held. She’s quite timid and doesn’t like to feel cornered. Since the disappearance of her other half she’s less loving. She’s grown up with another cat as well as another dog but doesn’t care for them much. We’ve tried to get her to open up but with my almost three year old I can no longer risk it. She just needs a second chance.

Story
Hi I’m spooky, I’m a 6 year old sweetheart that has lots of love to give, but I like attention on my own terms. When you’re petting me and you quit too soon I reach out and grab and sometimes with my claws but that only means I want more attention. I love soaking up the sun in a comfy spot by the window, I love tall cat trees too. I’m content just sitting on your lap and spending time with you. My perfect home would be with a nice family or couple that doesn’t have too busy of a life, I don’t mind spending time alone though. I don’t like fast movement and that means children will have to be 8+. Loud noises I could go without, then tend to scare me and make me hide. I could get along with another cat but proper positive introduction is definitely needed.

Story
Shakey is the ultimate lap cat. He’s happiest when alternating between sitting on your lap all day and soaking up the sun. He’s very friendly and has a mild demeanor. He’s not your typical standoffish cat and will follow you around the house to check out what you’re doing. We adopted him as a kitten and have had him for the last 9 years. He would do best in a household without children or dogs. We have a very young, high energy child which has since given him anxiety and has caused him to urinate outside the litter box when stressed. We are relocating soon out of state and don’t think the added stress will help. Shakey is a very lovable cat and he can thrive in a more mellow environment. He has had a cat companion most of his life, who recently passed away. He would be a great cat to add as companion for another cat or a single cat household as long as he gets lots of love from an owner.

Story
Mama Mia is a very special girl. The most loving cat you'd ever want to meet, she is most greatful for being rescued from a junkyard and bubbles over with affection, playfulness and devotion. Her special need is lots of attention as she thrives on it. About 2 years old, she is a Munchkin / Tabby mix and a bit of a drama queen, (but in a good way). A sensitive girl with expressive, big green eyes guaranteed to make you laugh and cry. Her adorable antics and love will always pull at your heartstrings. Jill, her inseparable companion, is a sweet, shy girl but once you gain her trust she'll be your best friend on the planet. She too was rescued with Mama Mia and is about 1 1/2 years old. The foster mom's wish is that they be placed together in a forever home that relishes calm and quiet....and honors them with love, love and more love. That equals tons of attention, lots of toys, exceptional diet, and making Moma Mia and Jill part of the family.
