Gargoyle is a 2 YOA Dutch Shepherd/Terrier mix. He is house trained and knows a few commands. He is loving and gives hugs, and yes I mean hugs. I was helping out a friend and brought him in but I have a crazy schedule and he has some separation anxiety and doesnt kennel well. Gargoyle would do awesome with a home with kids, another dog and/or a fenced in yard.

Meet Stella. She thought she had her forever home when she was adopted from the shelter a couple of years back but she has sadly been disappointed because she was found as a little lost girl 2/8 and her family did not come for her when they were contacted. Stella hopes to find a real forever home this time and soon. She is about 2 years old and 35 pounds, and she has been spayed and microchipped. She is waiting to meet you in run 333. ID 620900, Sweet Stella has tested positive for heart worms and will need t be treated for those. Speak with your vet about treatment options. Please note, all of the pet listings on Friends of Shelter Animals for Cobb are done by volunteers, not shelter staff. If this pet came in as lost (not an owner surrender), we don't know how they might be with children, other pets, or if house trained. You can bring your pet to the shelter for a meet & greet with your potential new best friend. When calling the shelter about a cat or dog, please use THE ID NUMBER, names are oftentimes made up by volunteers. This pet and many others are available for adoption from the Cobb County Animal Shelter.1060 Al Bishop Drive Marietta, Georgia 30008, (770) 499-4136 for more information. Nala is a 1.5 year old female Dutch Shepherd mix. She is fully on and off-leash trained, and is also housebroken and kennel trained. Nala is very well socialized and gets along well with most dogs. She has boundless energy, so a large, fenced-in yard is a must. She is extremely intelligent, and would do best in an active pet or sporting house. Nala is currently being boarded at Paramount Dog Training in Cumming, Georgia, so she is getting tons of socialization and structure built in to each day. Paramount Dog Training is also willing to include 2 transition lessons free of charge to Nala's adopters to ensure that she settles in well into your home. We love this dog and are looking to find her a wonderful new home!
