If you love to hit the trails or run the roads, you may have just found your soul mate. My name is Stinger. Hoomans probably call me that because my tail looks like a stinger. Actually, I'm an all-American, good boy dog! I would love the excitement of running with you, going on long sniffy walks and greeting you with whole body wags when you come home. If that's what you want too, come meet me!I'm sort of medium-size and know Sit for treats. I have a red-blonde coat and loving brown eyes. I'm a mighty Squirrel hunter, too. Look! There's A SQUIRREL!!!! How exciting! Lemme get THE SQUIRREL!!!! Because I have a strong prey drive, the hoomans here say, a home with a tall-fenced yard would be really good. If you want to walk me on a leash for exercise, be sure a grown-up hooman always has the leash because who knows when I will see A SQUIRREL?!!!!Sadly, sometimes cats or any small critter that runs fast look like A SQUIRREL!!! to me, including small dogs. I would really enjoy being your one and only pet. My personality is so big that you won't want anybody else!I like excitement and adventure, but also petting and attention from the hooman I love. It may take me a little while to chill out after the shelter, but you'll see what a loving boy I am. I love treats, too, and they help me learn what you want me to do - like go to my crate. A crate with a bed is a good safe place when I'm learning to blend into the family.If you are looking for your active soul mate, visit me soon! Ask for Stinger.
