Story
"Some lucky person is going to adopt this cool dog". That's what my vet said when she met him. Reese was a family pet on a farm, till he started chasing chickens. Feists are bred to chase things, so this was hardly a surprise, but unfortunately he ended up on a chain for several years. Reese's has adjusted beautifully to our (foster) home. He went from barking and panting (day one) to sleeping on the couch to sleeping in the bed with "Grampa". Reese's is a cheerful dog, super affectionate, and full of personality. He is energetic, but also knows how to chill. He had never seen a TV before. When he sees a dog on TV he gets off the couch and goes around the back of the TV looking for it. Chained dogs often have trouble with potty training -- not Reese's -- he learned the dog door quickly and has never had an accident in the house. Reese's needs an active, loving home with room to run and play, and not too much time alone. Are you the lucky adopter?
