Story
May Loni is a sweet and wonderful girl who is patiently waiting for her forever home! Her leash manners are quite good, although she does pull a little bit still. She is affectionate and loves to snuggle, too. May Loni is pretty rough and tumble with her play style, so she should meet any canine housemates to make sure they'll get along. If they play the same way, they'll be fast friends! Because of her disposition, she would prefer to go home without cats or small dogs. She also needs a secure yard and tall fence. May Loni would be a wonderful addition to a family, she just needs the right canine friends who love to wrestle as much as she does!

Story
Dallas is a goofy, lovable boy! He has lots of energy, so he would make an amazing hiking or biking partner! He has good leash manners (for the most part) and absolutely loves to play. Dallas plays great with most other dogs and absolutely loves a good romp around the play yard! Even so, we always encourage meet and greets with any canine friends he would be sharing a home with in order to see how they will get along. Dallas is incredibly smart and learns tricks very quickly. He's still young, however, so he does need to be worked with on appropriate manners in the house. He can be destructive if left alone because he gets bored easily and needs a lot of mental and physical stimulation to keep him occupied and happy. We strongly recommend crate training until he can be trusted home alone. With the proper outlets such as a few walks/hikes/jogs and some good, sturdy toys and play time, he is a wonderful dog! Dallas has a wonderful nature and will acclimate himself to any family who takes him into their home. With proper structure, Dallas will absolutely thrive!Once he knows you, Dallas very loyal. He is content to stay by your side, lay at your feet and make sure that you've got someone there for you when you need it most. Due to his play style and his need for manners, we recommend that Dallas goes home with older children (12 and up) and no cats. Please don't judge Dallas by his kennel presence. Oftentimes dogs in the shelter become frustrated because they are not getting an appropriate amount of exercise and play time. Outside of his kennel, he's playful, loyal and absolutely amazing. Give Dallas a chance to show you what a wonderful dog he can be! We promise he'll steal your heart.
