Story
This purebred GSP was surrender to us by someone who was moving and could not take her. She had been in an outdoor Kennel her whole life. Our plan was to train her and sell her as a hunting dog. Since we started training she has had 3 seizures. We had her to the vet and ran several test. Negative for tick borne illness and all other labs ok. She is just epileptic. Her trigger seems to be when she is very excitable and hunting. Therefore we can’t sell her for that purpose. She just needs a loving home where she can be a pet. We had her in our house for s short while. She did well with our 2 indoor dogs. She does well in a crate. She has not been around children. She is not house broke, but I think could be easily trained. She is very high energy and would need a lot of exercise, but is calm indoors. We just want to find a good home for her. I got Camo from a Petsmart when she was 6 months old. I walked in and she looked so cute I couldn't say no. She is loving and she doesn't bark unless its a loud noise in the middle of the night while your sleeping so shes a good guard dog. She gets scared when she is hurt like a toe nail breaking but if you calm her down she will let you help her. She is mellow and likes to take naps and listens very well. She is 9 so shes not as energetic as she was but still a very good dog and house trained.
