Story
Holly was pulled from the Calhoun County Animal Center early December 2019. We have her marked as needing an experienced adopter because she had been in since June and is detoxing out of the shelter. She was very calm in the shelter - little interest in toys/fetch. She wants to sleep near you and sit by you and watch TV. She is big and going to get bigger - she's 60lbs now but has GIANT feet so we think as she gets better nutrition and settles into life outside she's going to grow. They listed her as a Chesapeake Bay Retriever - we think she looks part Boxer but she's definitely orange. We also thought maybe part Shar Pei as she's super wrinkly and soft.... We sometimes have sponsored dogs or dogs in need of more urgent placement where we waive fees completely.
