Hey y'all, I'm Ivan! I'm super friendly, and at just 2 years old, I'm a young guy. But I'm full grown weighing 50 pounds. I know, Albert's takes seniors, but they also take special needs dogs, and that's me! I'm special! You see, I was in some sort of accident and couldn't walk when I was found. But now, I can walk, run, play, and I'm so funny! There are just a few things my new family needs to be careful of with me so I don't re-injure myself, but other than that I'm PERFECT! My foster mom says I'm so silly and SO smart! You know, huskies like to talk, and since I have a little husky in me, my foster mom says I talk back and get mouthy with her. Ha! I don't know what she's talking about! I also have a little cattle dog in me, which means I like to herd things, like cats. I'm not mean to them, I just want them to do what I want, so I need a job to keep me busy and work my supersmart brain. I get along with other dogs, too, by the way! And even kids! I LOVE kids! I'm working on having my best manners for my new home, and my foster mom says that's a good way to keep my brain busy. I sit and wait for my food. I'm also good about going to my kennel for some quiet time. I'm just looking for someone to add a super special me to their home! Our process includes an approved application, reference checks, a homevisit, and then a meet and greet with the dog. Adoption fee is $250.
