Beau is well traveled and very social, he loves other dogs and people outside of his home, inside he’s extremely protective over loved ones, but he’s quickly adapted to many different surroundings. He’s two years old, and a bit food possessive. He’s extremely loved and deserves the best. He doesn’t do great with kids, children typically overwhelm him as it’s exciting to see a dog of his size.

Story
Bindi is an extremely positively lively girl! She is as physically hyper as her soul is passionate~ Bindi will thrive best with a person/family who understands she needs to learn and work on her training and boundaries, to be specific, she can get possessive tendencies with water,so a person/family with knowledge and supervision to help her with boundaries would be ideal. Still learning to trust, a sweet baby who will thrive with patience and love~ A true sweet gentle spirit who needs guidance love to see her to her full potential~ A total love bug!!!

Story
TRUST a : assured reliance on the character, ability, strength, or truth of someone or something. b : one in which confidence is placed. Goodness, this is a tough word for me. I mean, I understand the definition, I just can’ quite execute it. I’d love to find someone I can trust-maybe someone like you? I could be the furry companion that you cherish, the one that will always be by your side. Truthfulness and loyalty are the qualities I possess, and once I find someone I can rely on, I’ll be their best friend for life. If we are being open and honest with each other, and I’d like us to be, then I will tell you that my past was pretty darn rough. It seems that I never received the love or socialization I deserved. But over the last few weeks things have really been looking up for me, I’m really bonding to the staff here and even showing my instincts to protect them! I have learned all about crate training and housebreaking, I get along with other dogs but do get jealous so I will prefer a sister rather than a brother, and I will do okay sharing my home with dog-savvy cats. I will even appreciate the gentle affection of teens and adults, but since I really struggle when it comes to sharing, whether it be my food bowl or my love (at first!) I do need a family without children. So what do you think? Can you help me understand the meaning of Trust? 2 years old-60lbs. My adoption fee is $220 and includes neuter, microchip & registration, reduced-cost training class, free veterinary exam, 1 month pet health insurance, leash/collar, food sample, toy & treat packet. *Please visit our website for more information https://www.familydogsnewlife.org/policies
