Hello, I'm Miss Cleo, and I am no psychic, but I think you and I being together is in the cards. I'm a 3-year-old Blue Lacy/Texas Lacy mix. We are a working dog breed that originated in, you guessed it, Texas. We are the official state dog breed of Texas. I am a happy girl who's tail is always wagging. As a working breed, I aim to please and excel when given a job. If you don't have any livestock for me to herd, I think I'd do good at agility or with scent work. I do love my ball, so maybe we can go to the park, and you can throw it to me? I know this sounds selfish, but I really want a human family all to myself and not one I have to share with another dog. It's not that I don't like other dogs, but I get pretty excited, and that can be off-putting in the dog etiquette world. I did recently complete a comprehensive board and train program, where I learned some skills to manage my excitement. I was the star student thanks to my breed's intelligence and drive. Here I mastered eight commands, including loose-leash walk, sit, stay, wait, down, bed, leave it, and settle. Now all I need is someone to practice with, so I can stay smart! If you're looking for someone to be active with, cuddle with, train with, and love, then look no farther. I'm the perfect fit!
