Story
Age: DOB 9/12/2023 Dog friendly: Yes Cat friendly: Unknown/not tested Kid friendly: Yes Potty trained: Yes Crate trained: Yes Let’s dive right into who sweet Meadow is! M is for Mellow - This husky gets the zoomies sometimes and that’s the height of her energy level! E is for Easygoing - She is ok being a couch potato, whether inside or outside. A is for Affectionate - She has a cat-like way of showing affection! D is for Devoted - She will do whatever you ask of her as long as you ask nicely :-) O is for Obedient - She can sit, shake, stay, and come when called. W is for Well Mannered - Polite as they come, she will not go on the couch or bed unless invited. She also won’t eat her food until you tell her it’s ok! Meadow’s other outstanding qualities include: Potty trained. Crate trained. She rides very quietly and calmly in the car where she’ll snooze away or look out a window. She does great in the bath and with nail trims. Grooming is a breeze. Meadow is allowed to free-roam during the day and she quickly earned her spot on the bed at night - she is an agile girl who can move to and from the bed with no disruptions, she also likes to sleep on the floor or a bed somewhere else in the house. This breed is known to run the distance if they escape. Since huskies are a known flight-risk, either a completely fenced yard with a tall fence, or a harness and leash with constant supervision, will be needed, no tie-outs or short fences. Meadow hasn’t shown any signs of attempting to escape, or a desire to do so, but better safe than sorry. Meadow has played with small foster puppies along with the large resident dogs, so far she has loved everyone, she will do well with another dog in the home as she continues to learn to trust people. She is initially more comfortable with women but is very capable and willing to warm up to men. Would you like to meet me in person? I would love to meet you! Adoption Fee: $595

Story
🌿 Meet Fern – Your Future Agility Star & Loyal Sidekick 🌿 📍 Age: 4 years old ⚖️ Weight: 30 lbs 🐶 Dog Friendly: Yes 🐱 Cat Friendly: Yes 👶 Kid Friendly: VERY--might be overwhelming for small or timid children 🚽 Potty Trained: Yes, good on a schedule 🏠 Crate Trained: Yes, does well in the crate when left alone 🌳 Fenced Yard: Yes Fern is a one-of-a-kind blend of corgi charm and German shepherd smarts, with the GSD coloring, alert face, and a corgi’s lowrider build (yes, the butt wiggles are real!). At 4 years old and 30 pounds, she’s the perfect medium-sized companion for someone who wants a dog that’s as brainy as she is bouncy. 🌟 What Makes Fern Special: This girl is affectionate, playful, and super smart—a total heart-stealer who thrives when she has a job to do. Whether it’s learning new tricks, playing fetch (her favorite!), or going on sniffari walks, Fern loves using her mind and body. She’d excel at agility or any dog sport and is eager to learn with the right guidance. She adores people and wants to be where the action is—sometimes a little too enthusiastically—so she may be best suited for homes with older or confident children. Fern also does well with dogs and cats with proper introductions but could be happy as a solo pet if she gets enough stimulation and companionship. 🏡 Home Life & Routine: Fern is both crate and potty trained, and while she can be left alone, she truly thrives in a home where someone is around more often—especially if she can nap by your feet or peek out the window between walks. She’s used to sleeping politely in bed with her humans, and once she’s had her exercise, she’s a chill, cozy companion. Like any smart pup, she’s working on a few things: barrier frustration and leash manners—nothing a confident, experienced adopter can’t handle. She’s food-motivated, loves veggies (green beans and carrots for the win!), and responds well to positive training techniques. Ready to meet your new adventure buddy? Fern’s waiting 💖 💵 Adoption Fee: $495
