Makela is a female, 19.3 lb, brown and tan Basenji/Corgi mix. Makela's estimated date of birth is January, 2017. She was rescued from the Broken Arrow shelter as an owner surrender. She is quite shy but warms up quickly! You can meet Makela at Bent Arrow Veterinary Hospital. Call 918-459-9100 for an appointment. She has a $150.00 adoption fee plus the cost of 6 months of heartworm prevention. Note: ARF reserves the right to deny any application that is deemed unsuitable for the animal. Please be aware that our animal adoptions are NOT on a first come- first serve basis. Our sole purpose is to find the best possible home for the animals that fall under our care. Dallas was found as a stray with another female dog who was pregnant and they had matching collars but their owner never claimed them. Dallas' friend has already been adopted and she's stuck waiting for her forever! she knows its out there. Dallas is a very sweet girl who loves walking, does great on a leash, loves humans and is very trainable to be a service dog. Dallas is eager to learn and very respectful!
