Story
Khaleesi (or Cali for short) was adopted from a rescue shelter at around 6 weeks. She had a sister and was very playful as a puppy. Khaleesi is now 1 year and 3 months old. She is a very loving energetic dog and loves to play/run around. An ideal home for her would be one with a fenced in backyard, or parents that are willing to give her walks and attention. Khaleesi knows the basics of sit and off, she is still young so she can learn a lot more. Her parents will be showered with love and 'kisses' as she is attentive to her loved ones. I truly hope you decide to choose beautiful, loving, energetic Khaleesi to join your home/family.

Story
Name: Joel Breed: Shepherd Mix Approximate Age: 7 years DOB: Dec 11, 2012 (guess) Approximate Weight: 52 lbs. Location: Delaware, (we adopt out of state) Introducing Joel….. Joel came to us the beginning of 2020. He was adopted then returned because of his heartworm condition, which put on the fast track to being euthanized. He was diagnosed with heartworms and 2 heart murmurs, which we are hoping will resolve after his heartworm treatment. Joel is a happy, goofy boy. He is learning that being a couch potato is a much better life than his previous 7 years on a chain. He is crate-trained and are working on house-training. He has learned “sit”, “wait” (for treats and mealtime), “down”, and already knew “paw” - he is very treat-motivated. Joel gets along with other dogs and does well on a leash. At this point, being in the middle of heartworm treatment, he is not ready to be adopted, but we would love to find a foster-to-adopt. Once his heartworm treatment is done, the adoption can be finalized. Joel is neutered, up to date on vaccines and micro-chipped If you are interested in Joel, please fill out our application which can be found on our web site www.itavar.com. Once we get your application, we will call you to set up a meet n greet. You can also see more pictures on our Facebook page, https://www.facebook.com/ITAVAR/
