Story
Little Miss Papaya is looking for just the right fit! This curious, shy, and at times skeptical 1 year old husky is looking for a home that has prior experience with dogs, and can understand dog body language. Papaya would do best in an adult only home, but may do well with other playful dogs that are her size or bigger. She has a fear of being handled around her neck, and needs folks who can go slow with her, and help build her confidence. Papaya is shy, but does feel more confident with other playful dogs of her size. If you need to cuddle and snuggle a dog right upon meeting them, then Papaya would not be a good fit for you. If you have knowledge of huskies, and the things that make them happy PLUS the patience to help a shy dog have the space to get to know you, Papaya might a great fit for your home. If you are interested in meeting Papaya, please visit our website worcesterarl.org and click on Papaya's photo to fill out the Dog Adoption Inquiry below her picture. That is the first step. All adoptions and meets are by appointment, thank you!

Are you looking for a young, active, adventure buddy? 1 year old Blue is looking and waiting for a companion who is willing to give him all the love and attention that he deserves! Blue is a dog who has experienced some separation related distress in his previous home, so he is looking for adopters who are committed to having a lifestyle that is able to best help set him up for success. Blue is a young boy and is still learning some of the basics of manners, and does really great with a positive reinforcement approach! Blue is a dog who would do best as the only pet in the home, and with older, sturdier teens who have a good grasp on dog body language. If Blue sounds like a fit for your home, please visit our Methuen Adoption Center Tuesday-Sunday 12PM-3PM!

Story
Name: Blu Sex: Female Breed: Aussie Mix Age: 1 year old Weight: TBD Adoptable in MA and NH This is Blu. She is a female Aussie Mix who has a silly and playful personality. She loves to run and play. She seems to be housebroken and would easily be trainable as she can follow basic demands such as coming when she is called, going to the door when she needs out, and going straight to her room when she comes back inside. She gets along well with other dogs and children. Her foster home has a large female dog and a large male dog , Blu gets along with them well. They have a one year old child and Blu gets along with her as well. Blu is energetic and loves to give kisses. She is still in her puppy chewing stage, so they make sure she has plenty of toys! She loves all kinds of toys and loves to play tug of war and fetch. She is a lovable dog that would make a great family pet for a loving home.
