Steve was surrendered to the Lubbock animal shelter by his owner for reasons that aren’t apparent to us. He wasted away there for months in a little kennel, lacking basic mental stimulation. Time and time again, Steve had no hope of getting out. We took him and he’s receiving all the things in life he needs to be happy now; love, good food, stability, friends. Steve is a very sweet personality who is friendly to people and other pups!
