Story
Ookami is 12 years old, DEARLY loved, but has recently gotten unpredictable in his behavior (has snapped at but not bitten anyone). We have a baby who will be walking soon and to avoid anyone getting hurt we are looking for an experienced and LOVING family to let him peacefully live out his remaining time. Ideally someone who will stay in touch and occasionally allow visits. Ookami has been with his daddy since he was a puppy and we are heartbroken to be making this decision but feel it's for the best for all of us. We would like to see him somewhere with a fenced yard he can roam and lots of head scritches and belly rubs, he currently takes medication blood pressure but is otherwise healthy, last weight was around 55lbs. He does well being brushed and bathed if you're patient. Is well house trained. Does get along with other dogs unless food is involved (main source of our concern having a soon to be toddler). No homes with small children or unfenced yards please.
