Story
Hiya! I'm Zorra, the shelter's goofball-in-residence. My last owner, bless his heart, found he was no longer able to properly care for me when he developed some medical issues of his own. He knew that my PRAS friends would find me another great home, so I am back and looking to mingle with some adopters! I'm sweet, playful, smart and I'm always the life of the party! I do take meds for seizures, but hey, don't we all have our quirks? If you're looking for a fun-loving, cuddly companion who'll keep you on your toes, I'm your gal! I'd prefer an owner with Husky experience because, while we are beautiful, we are a quirky breed and require a lot of attention and exercise. Please come and meet me today!

Story
Hello there! I'm Puma, the most entertaining escape artist you'll ever meet. I've got a PhD in Playfulness, a Masters in Mischief, and a Bachelor's in Befriending anyone I meet. My last home? Well, let's just say I outsmarted their 'unbreakable' fence. I thought it was a game of 'Catch me if you can!' I didn't realize they weren't playing! Here at the shelter, I've been honing my skills - I can find the squeaky toy in any pile and I'm unbeatable at tug-of-war. I'm looking for a forever home with someone who appreciates my energetic spirit, intelligence, and goofy charm. I promise to bring laughter, love, and a touch of harmless chaos into your life!

Story
Sinatra has spent most of his short life as a stray and then in a shelter. Our vet estimates he's around 10/11 months old. He still has many puppy behaviors and needs to be properly trained. He knows "sit" and "paw", and puts up no fuss when told to go into his crate. He sleeps and eats in his kennel, and is also confined when home alone. He is somewhat potty trained, I limit his water intake and take him to the bathroom hourly to avoid accidents. He's high energy and needs a large enclosed area to run in - or an owner who exercises/runs daily. He loves to fetch, jump and run at the speed of light. His coat is ultra soft and his shedding is minimal. Sin does benefit from having lots of toys to keep him occupied, chewing is one of his behaviors that training would help tremendously. He's eager to please, extremely loving and even more lovable. I believe he would excel in agility training. He's great with other dogs, but I would recommend a single dog household.

Story
Sinatra is about a year old and has had a tough life. I have fostered him since September 2019 and before that he was in a shelter after being picked up off he street as a stray. He is loving, high energy and has a great spirit. He would do best with an experienced owner who can either train him their selves or hire a trainer. He's eager to please and knows the commands sit and wait. He LOVES other dogs, but likes to chase birds and squirrels so I feel a cat free home would be best for him. He needs someone who can take him on walks everyday, take him to the dog park and a big yard to run in. Sinatra is potty trained but does need to be taken out 30 minutes after eating/drinking as well as first thing in the morning and before he goes to sleep at night. Sinatra is crate trained and sleeps in his crate with little to no whining. He is a great dog who I have grown to love immensely but he deserves more time and training than I can give him. Please open your heart and home for Sinatra.

Story
Sinatra is a handsome blue eyed boy that is about 2-3 years old and weighs 50 pounds of solid muscle.   He was found as a stray in a small town in Rural Tennessee and he is king of the pack at the shelter.   This boy is a Husky/Boxer mix from what we can tell (those blue eyes are Husky breed originals) and he is especially fond of the girl dogs at the shelter.  He is very open and friendly and wags his tail when someone approaches him with a kind word and greeting.  He is not a cat lover from what we can tell but he would love a home with children, a couple who might dote on him, another dog ready to be his forever pal and the chance to show just how smart and loyal he can be!  Would you consider Mr. Sinatra to be your very own? PLEASE NOTE:  Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted.  Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site.  The adoption fees vary and will be provided as well as noted on the application you receive.  Contact us at 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.com  Sorry, we cannot adopt to MA residents.
