Story
Lily was purchased about 6 years ago at a few months old off of craigslist. She’s a very sweet but reserved dog who prefers to stay on her own rather than interact with other dogs. She likes to be inside with occasional walks or outdoor time. However, she has the tendency to jump fences that are short and does not return so she must be watched or must be kept at a house with a large fence. She’s very quiet and needs moderate grooming as she sheds a LOT in the summer. Overall she’s a very great dog who deserves a nice home.

Story
Coconut! He's a super smart guy and very sensitive. Like so many Jindos, Coconut bonds with one person (his main caretakers) very strongly but is suspicious of new people. He will need a calm, adult household with yard access. We would love to find a home with someone who had a Jindo before. Little Coconut is very delicate and needs some patience. A relaxed and common sense person would be ideal for Coconut. He loves to go for walks, he loves to goof around and be silly. Will you be the one to make this sweet boy happy! Thank you for your interest in adopting/fostering. Please make sure to read the dog's bio carefully. We get to know the dogs very well to make sure, they find the right match for their forever home. Due to limited staff during this crisis, please only contact us, if you meet the basic criteria listed in the dog's bio. This dog is not looking for a foster home, but rather a forever home. Story
(Will add more later) Adopted while original owners lived in Shanghai, China. They had him for 6 years. He's not good with little kids, and bit their kids too many times to where they don't want to risk having Barley around their kids anymore. I took in Barley knowing there was some protective aggression issues, but his separation anxiety and other anxious issues are too much for me to handle at this time. I don't want to get rid of him, but I accepted that I'm not willing to put in the work necessary to fix his issues at this time in my life.

Story
Willow is a beautiful young girl, aged around 1-2 years old and weighing in the 40lbs range. (She is shown in some photos with her 'sister' Snow White - Willow is in the purple collar, her sister in the pink collar). She's rather shy and learning to appreciate human contact, but has not shown any aggression whatsoever. She will however need a patient adopter who can help acclimate her to this big wide world, and to go at a gentle pace. Willow appears to get along with other dogs well. As with any dog to dog introduction, we'd recommend patience, caution and care. We have not tested her with cats, other small critters, or children yet, but would expect her to have a normally high prey drive for smaller, wild animals (squirrels, rabbits etc) and again, would recommend caution with any introduction (regardless of the dog's breed). Willow did not have leash experience prior to coming into rescue, and is somewhat fearful of it at present, but with gentle experience, she will get used to it. Contact us for more information, and visit our website to complete an adoption application form: www.twodogfarms.com/adopt Her foster home is in Sacramento. Adoption fees are $350.00. info@twodogfarms.com

Story
Hi, my name is Daisy. I am 3 months old, Jindo mix girl and I weight about 5.5 kg. I am one of the six puppies rescued from an elder who was about to sell us to a local slaughter house in Pyeongtaek, Korea. This is very common in the countryside of Korea. Unfortunately, senior citizens that are having financial hardships breed my own kind so that they can purposely sell us to the local slaughter house for quick cash. Thankfully, we were intercepted by the rescuer aunties on our way to the local slaughter house. I have excellent temperament and gets along great with both people and furry friends. I prefer pet parents that will take me on long walks and hikes. I would like to find a home in a country where there’s animal protection law. I want my pet parents to take care of me forever. If you can reassure me, then I will be forever thankful and make sure to give you lots of love! Please take me home! Should you be interested in adopting me as your new family member, please fill out the adoption application on Joey & Bailey's site. You must be at least 25 years old to be considered as oversea adopter. For serious inquiries only. Please note, we monitor all pets after adoption. We prefer adopters that are active on any of the social media accounts. For more information, please email at adopt@joeyandbailey.org Please note: Majority of our recently rescued dogs are currently fostered in Seoul, Korea by our volunteers. Our adoption process may be more stricter than any other rescue organizations as these rescued dogs are traveling over 5500 miles to be with their new permanent family. Please fill out our adoption application on our site to be considered as potential adopters. We highly encourage you to read our FAQs page on our site. Thank you!
