I brought Eddie to America from Korea almost two years ago. He was a street puppy, which means he could have ended up in the meat market. He’s smart, sensitive, loves to play with his ball and give kisses. So many kisses. Eddie is crate trained, leash trained, and knows a series of commands. He loves his family, he’s very loyal and protective, and loves to chase the laser pointer—like a cat!

Story
I got Joey from a family that posted an ad on Craigslist. They made him sound like the most perfect, well behaved dog. He is perfect in his own way but he is nothing like what they described. I love his spirit but he does have some serious issues that clearly stem from abuse. He has a lot of anxiety and abandonment issues. He's terrified of my roommate. No one can figure out why, he is a very gentle and quiet guy. He wouldn't hurt a fly but something about him absolutely terrifies Joey. So much that when I try to console him or get him out of the closet or hole he dives into, he nips at me and sometimes actually bites me. It's clear that it's not out of aggression though, it's definitely out of fear. But he still has broken the skin. He hasn't ever bitten me under any other circumstance. But he NEEDS an owner that can love him and only him as far as other animals are concerned, but he does get along very well with other dogs and cats. He deserves good loving FOREVER home.
