Story
Tank is very playful, sweet, loving and somewhat protective. He does need some training; he has a habit of jumping on people when he is excited and does some leading. When he sees someone on a bicycle he tends to want to go after them. He gets along with some dogs. He is good with children. He is about 70lbs. He is incredibly loyal.

Story
Backyard dog. Dog and cat friendly. Extremely fearful of humans, but absolutely not aggressive. He just won't come to you. Sonny was netted during the Carr fires that raveged the Reading area of Northern California in 2018. He was suffering greatly in the shelter, and at a rescue so they asked for an immediate foster. Turns out, Sonny is a feral dog, with no exposure to humans to create that bond. Unless you're able to dedicate lots of time, and patience to rehabilitate him, which could take a long time, and he'll likely never be like a normal dog. Otherwise, Sonny is a sweet dog who prefers hanging out in the backyard under the stars - practically. He'll raise the alarm for intruders, but won't approach/attack a human. He loves bonding with other dogs, it just takes him time. He is not dog aggressive.

Adorable Laika is ready to find her furever home! Laika is a medium energy pup, we think she is a husky.lab mix (best guess) but please note this is a guess. She loves to snuggle with her foster family and the other dogs in the home. She would do best with another active dog of her size. Laika does not do well in a crate or confined space and has use of a doggy door in her foster home. If you are interested in Laika please fill out an application http://ozziespoundpuppies.org/online-application/ Adoption fee is $275 and includes spay, chip, vaccines etc.
