Story
Athena is a very loving and highly energized dog. She responds to stay, paw and sit. She needs a lot of attention and she loves to be loved. She adapts easily and does great with kids over 5 years of age. She loves to go on runs and sometimes gets a bit nervous about bigger dogs. She is easily trainable and listens to your commands when given. She is easy to love!

Story
Jet is a medium sized black lab that cake into my life on Christmas because the local shelter was going to euthanize him and his sister if he did it get fostered. He was sick when I brought him home and found out he would be euthanized if I simply gave him and his sister up. So I treated him for parvo and he recovered. He is a now a perfectly behaved gentleman. He is a very relaxed for a black lab, loves to lounge but when it’s time to fetch he loves it. He listens and is really good with other dogs. He is very submissive and sits for his food. He has a jumping problem when he gets excited but I tell him to go to his crate and he listens. I only use it to calm him and let him out within 5 minutes. He’s a smart doggy and gets the Point. I love him dearly but I am in the Army leaving soon since I am currently on orders relocating me. My wife is pregnant with a high risk pregnancy and it hurts my heart to have to give him up. He’s and amazing dog.

Story
THis beautiful boy was abandoned by his previous owner in a rural outdoors shelter where there is no adoptions, rescues or fosters. The only way out is if the owner claims the dog wo owner surrenders are immediately marked for death. He was terrified of everything and everyone when he first entered. He now trusts people and knows there are good ones out there. He is heartworm negative surprisingly. We are working on housebreaking. He is good with most other dogs
