Hidy! My name is Chuck and I am looking for my "forever" family! I guess I had a family at some point in my life, but I wasn't able to find them! I was in a neighborhood out in the county just looking around and hoping to get some help. Well a kind homeowner saw me and called Animal Control. I rode in with the nice deputy and got me a big clean dog run, a big bowl of food, and a nice comfy bed! Ahhhhhh.....Well I am all rested up and I am hoping to find my "forever" family soon! I am a two-year-old retriever mix. I have all of my vaccinations, I am heartworm negative, I have a microchip, and I have been neutered. I am ready to meet you! Fill out those adoption forms online and make an appointment to meet me!

Hey Guys! My name is LJ and I am one big happy boy! I am a two-year-old retriever/lab mix that is full of love and life! I had a home and family that I loved dearly! Problem was we were out in the county and we had livestock as did out kind neighbors! Well I chased the livestock and that was not good, but I just couldn't stop myself. My family did everything trying to help me behave with farm animals, but nothing worked. Finally it was decided that I needed to live with another family that didn't include farm animals. I have all of my vaccinations, I am heartworm negative, I have a microchip, and I have been neutered. My family only had great things to say about me! I am a sweet dog that is already crate trained and I take care of all of my business when I go outside. I hope to be in a new home soon, but please no horses or cows!

Hello, I'm Moon and I guess I am back where I started! I am a retriever mix that was adopted from the shelter about a year ago as a "wee small" puppy. I had a great life with my owner, but her health began to decline and she had to bring me back to find another home. So I am putting my best paw forward and looking for a new family to love. I have all of my vaccinations, I am heartworm negative, I have a microchip, and I have been spayed. I am a very sweet girl and I hope to have a new home soon!

CeCe is an 1-year-old female Lab mix who has already been spayed.  She came to PAHS as an owner surrender because her owner did not have enough time for her.  CeCe is white and weighs in at 54 pounds so she is considered to be a medium sized young adult dog.  She knows the basic commands (sit, shake, etc.); and she is leash trained and house trained.  CeCe is very well behaved and calm.  She walks on her leash like a pro.  This sweet girl would be great in a home with children.  CeCe is great with larger dogs but does NOT do well with smaller dogs.  We would recommend a meet and greet between CeCe and your other dogs.  Her former owner has said that CeCe does have some food aggression so if you have other dogs CeCe should be fed separately.  CeCe is a very nice dog who will be a great addition to some lucky family.  Dog/puppy adoption fees are $120 and cat/kitten adoption fees are $50. Our adoption fees cover a microchip, microchip registration, discounted spay/neuter certificate, deworming, vaccinations (as age and law requires), and a courtesy vet exam at participating offices. Unless otherwise indicated under 'special needs' our dogs have screened heart worm negative.
