Story
I adopted Tank from Circleville dog shelter when he was 6 months old. He is microchipped, house trained, listens to commands such as “sit”, “shake”, “lay down”, “cage”, “outside”. He loves playing with other big dogs, and even small dogs. He is experienced around cats and kittens. He loves walks and to run outside. He is a very good protector. Definitely a family dog!

Story
Daisy is the sweetest ray of sunshine. My partner and I adopted her from the Franklin County shelter where we found out she was around 8 months at the date of adoption, we believe she had little to no training, and no leash training at all, before we adopted her. But she is doing really well, and learning/practicing all the time! Over the summer when we were working opposite schedules, starting late November we both acquired new jobs and were put on the same schedule, leading to Daisy being crated for 9 hours a day, 4 days a week. Along with us moving in March, we really believe she would be so much happier with a family that has more time for play and training! She loves running in the dog park, loves cats, baths, and most importantly CUDDLES!

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Online Adoption Application › Max is a sweet young boy that graduated from our DASH Prison Training Program and is now currently in a foster home. He knows his  basic commands, house broken, crate trained & leash trained. He likes playing with other dogs and has a best friend named Pearl who is also up for adoption we’d love to see them adopted together but not a must. He loves to play with toys. Max is shy at first; potential adopters need to be patient & let Max warm up to & trust them slowly. We believe Max was not treated very well when he was young & he can be more jumpy around men. His previous owner feels Max would be great with a retired person, single person home or just a family without young children- due to his needs for a quieter home. He is gentle and has a lot of love to give. He learns commands (sit, beg, dance, shake) (sometimes) easily with treats, and loves lying on the couch for a snooze.  Max enjoys having another dog in the home to play with & it would make him warm up to his new humans faster as well (check out Sophie, they're friends). We are an all-volunteer, foster based rescue! As we get to know each pet better, we make sure that their profile is up to date as possible. As a foster based group, we do not have one location for potential adopters to come and meet our adoptable pets. Therefore, if you are interested in meeting a pet or adopting, we ask that you please fill out an application at https://dashrescue.rescuegroups.org as the first step. Once your application is processed and approved, we will work to ensure that the pet you applied for is the best match for you and your family.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.

Story
Skyler is a stunning lab mix rescued from a high kill shelter. She needs an active family for her future forever home. She is high energy, loves to run and play, can interact with other submissive high energy dogs, but need supervision as she is rough and tumble and a little too much for most dogs. Probably best suited as the only pet but would consider an experienced adopter with the high energy dogs. She does do very well with very laid back senior dogs that ignore her and she as well, ignores them. She is very loving and protective. No young children as she does play rough and can get mouthy. Very settled once she burns off her energy a few times a day. Nothing fazes her-crate and house trained, non destructive, quiet. Beautiful dog, about 3 years old, fully vetted. She will only go to a home with a high fenced-preferably privacy fenced, back yard.
