Hero is the classic 'happy Lab'! He loves to play, and run, and play, and dig, and play, and nap, and play some more. He is about 5 years old (Jan. 2019). He is neutered and current on shots. He loves to play with other dogs, but will chase cats. He is a bit food aggressive, so will need to go to a home that will take the time to teach him house manners. He should not go to a home with small children as he can be a bit rough and active. He has lots of energy and needs someone to give him exercise and stimulation to work it off. He needs some training in house manners and should go to someone who will take the time to exercise and work with him so he can be a happy, well adjusted boy. Loki is a happy Lab! Look at that grin at our recent adoption event! Loki could also be named 'Low Key' since he is so easy going and mellow. He is about 5-6 years old (as of Jan. 2019). He loves other dogs, and people who will pet or play with him, and gets along well with cats. He has lots of energy but still knows when to chill out. He can jump a 6-foot fence so must be in a secure area with at least an 8-foot fence. He is smart and eager to please so should learn very quickly. And a treat or two will work wonders!
