Maine Coon kittens & cats in Austin, Texas

What a handsome boy. A Polydactyl (extra toe) Mainecoon Mix, Jewels is growing by the minute. He’s a bit shy though and needs a patient loving person for him to shine. He does like his toys and will warm up to you after a while. He and siblings were rescued from a lady who was feeding 20 cats in her back yard. Street Cat Rescue wanted to give them a better life. Won’t you?/He had a dental and had several teeth pulled so we recommend a mostly wet food diet. td>

Max is a super sweet, affectionate cat. He does well with dogs who respect his space and aren't highly energetic. He is a mixed bag with other cats. He likes to be the head cat and although he has gotten along well with another cat we've had in the past, there have been other cats that he's been more dominant with. He has not been around many kids, so judging by his personality, he would be good with older children or children who show considerable maturity for their age. We are not sure if he has main coon in him. A friend who has always had ragamuffins has said she thinks he has ragamuffin in him. He is extremely soft (like bunny hair soft), and he is a gentle giant. He just wants to be loved and wants to live in someone's lap. He'd be perfect for someone who is retired and looking for a little furry friend. He also enjoys some outside time. He likes to go out and water the plants with his person. He does not stray far from the yard when he does go out.
