ONLINE ADOPTION FORM:        https://form.jotform.com/81848821130152 We do not have a fixed adoption fee at For The Cats' Sake, but instead ask for a tax-deductible donation to our group. On average, we spend at least $125 to cover foster care, testing for FeLV and FIV, vaccinations, flea treatment, deworming and any vet care/medicine that is needed. We ask that you cover as much of the $125 as you can afford, and set a minimum donation at $50. Our goal is to find the best home for each animal, and we feel this policy makes it possible for more people to adopt one or more cats. It is important to us that every adopter can afford to care for their pets properly and give them a home for life.

Yahoo is a living teddy bear with an adorable face. He greets you with a big stretch followed by a request to be picked up. Then you get a sweet snuggle and a nuzzle with his face on yours. He loves to have his ears scratched while you hold him. His favorite things include running water and catnip. Yahoo loves attention and can be talkative when he wants more. When he has had enough, he sometimes may bite or swat if you do not do as he requests, so he would be best in a home with no young children. You will need to know how to read his signs when he is overly stimulated or annoyed, like any cat. He would prefer to be the only cat. Hi, I'm Mikayla and it's estimated that I was born about 3/18/18. It's believed that I'm a Maine coon or a Maine coon mix. I was rescued by the president of Shadow Cat when she discovered me in a rough neighborhood where my owners had put me outside and then wouldn't let me back in again. Cari had never seen me in the feral colony before and she started to feed me so I wouldn't starve. She said I was really easy to catch because I'm so friendly! I'm now with a great foster mama and stay close to her when I'm out of my crate...she says I'm very sweet. I love to be brushed, petted and scratched, and I don't mind being held once I feel comfortable with you. I hope to find my forever home soon!
