Story
Louie is a senior maltipoo with a litany of health problems that are unfortunately beyond my family's resources and capability to help with anymore. For example: - blindness - deafness - anxiety - collapsed trachea (cough) - dental issues He is a very sweet and loving dog but does not like to be alone. I've had him for about eight years and as my life situation has changed, it has become difficult to care for him anymore period, let alone with all of his issues. He needs and deserves someone with the resources and ability to be able to care for his needs. he would be a perfect companion for those who work from home and he is very affectionate and curious. In spite of all of his issues, he is still somewhat active and gets around very well, except for bumping into a wall or two occasionally.

Story
I recently adopted Prudence from a shelter. She is very sweet with adults and older children. She loves sitting on her princess pillows on the couch and does an adorable little happy dance when you eat chips for some reason. If you offer her the chips, she won’t eat them. She just likes the sound of you chewing the chips, lol. She is a perfect lap dog for anyone that would like a little old lady next to you while watching tv. But, she needs to be an only pet in an adult/older children house. She has a heart murmur and needs extensive dental work. She also has chronic dry eyes that I have been putting eye drops in 3 times a day. She does not potty outside, but she will sleep in a crate. I wanted to see if anyone would like to take her in before I take her back to the shelter. It would be very stressful for her to go back I’m sure, but she is also stressed in my home and I want to make sure she lives out her golden years the best way possible.
