Story
Meet Mister, a handsome black Manx boy that has short soft black hair and of course no tail. Mister is a small boy but he has a feisty personality that is definitive and easy to figure out.  This 6 year old, 10 pound boy loves people and being petted and invites some good snuggles. Mister is very picky about his cat friends though and if he doesn't like one, he's not nice to it.   So we are saying that he needs to an only cat in a home. He gets along pretty good with most dogs but can be a bit mean to them sometimes too. He loves people no matter what and will tolerate you medicating infected ears which says a lot about him. He even lets you trim his nails and he just lies there purring. He likes to snuggle and sleep on the bed with his humans and he will use a litter box and will also go outside. He uses a doggy door and usually goes outside to potty.  He's a busy cat that loves to see everything going on and make sure everything meets his standards. He goes in and out the doggy door all day and is quite the easy cat that takes care of himself quite well.   If you are interested in him please email us at ccrtennessee@gmail.com Our vetting is extensive: Spay, rabies, FIV vaccine, FIV tested and negative, fecal and dewormings and a Drontal  and microchipped.

Story
Pollyanna is very sweet, with a very unique personality. She prefers to come to you rather than you trying to get her to do so. She loves treats and will roll on her back in anticipation of getting a treat. Just like a little performance. She prefers to be the center of attention and not have other animals around. She's not a lap cat but occasionally will try to just walk across your head or sit in your chest. She will also sit close to you if you are watching TV or reading. She has no tail and is a polydactyl, with lots of extra toes - very unique!  Copy-paste these links into a new tab to see some videos of Pollyanna: https://youtu.be/toxstxdAIOQ / https://youtu.be/CwpUtAFiFu8.  If you are interested in adopting, please fill out an application and a representative will get back to you shortly to answer any questions you may have. Story
Ladybug is a feisty girl with lots of energy!! She is an intrepid explorer and conqueror of crickets!  Always happy to see us at the adoption center, she regales us with stories of her day and doesn't stop till it's dinner time!  Even then, she may be too busy exploring to remember to eat. ;)  Ladybug never stops moving, and is always up for some playtime with a feather wand or catnip toy. She isn't looking for a cat companion, but could probably share a home with another independent (male) cat. If you are interested in adopting, please fill out an application and a representative will get back to you shortly to answer any questions you may have. Story
Matilda is a great cat with adults. She is a bit skiddish around kids until she gets used to them, but she most certainly cannot get used to a dog or another cat. She also needs her shots updated which unfortunately, I cannot afford to do at this time. She is playful and pretty. I think she is a Manx, but she is a rescue so I'm unsure.

Story
Submit your application here: www.passportanimalrescue.org/app Freya is quite the fancy lady. She's got her itty bitty manx tail (1 joint) and her cute Munchkin curly ears, and she is partially hairless like the Sphynx. She is both very fancy and the exact definition of a mutt! She came to us from an over-crowded home breeder, so she's a bit leary of new situations but is adjusting well to a less chaotic environment in her foster home. We would love her forever home to be on the quieter side. All of our adoptable pets have their age appropriate vaccines, dewormer, feline leukemia and fiv test, spay or neuter surgery and a microchip. We have no public facility, but operate with a network of dedicated foster parents and volunteers. To respect the privacy of our foster parents we do require an approved application to visit any of our fostered animals.

These pups are in Washington, District of Columbia too!

Story
Goldie was adopted by my 78 year old mom in 2012. He is a really good cat, but cannot move to her new building. He needs a good home, doesn’t require much attention - beyond tickles and rubs at times- and is quite protective, guarding my moms door each night. We hope to share him with loving individuals in a safe home.
