Story
Special Manx boy .Born April 2018 Batman is a very affectionate and outgoing black Manx mix.  He loves to play and is good with most other cats.  He adores lap time, as soon as you sit down and make a lap, he wants to be in it.  I am also told he's used to living with a dog.   Unfortunately, Batman has some urine leakage, especially  when he sleeps.  He'd love to find a safe outdoor home where he could be loved and spend time with people or an indoor home with someone able to care for a special cat.    He is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, has been wormed and treated for fleas, microchipped, and tested FeLV/FIV negative.    More photos and video at  https://photos.app.goo.gl/EMVZFZqEDe8r7pfn7

Story
Chonk orange Manx boy .Born around December 2007, Bob is a big squishy orange tabby Manx boy.  His owner died and he finds himself looking for a new forever home.He is a big purrbox who loves to be petted.  He is overweight and needs to lose some weight.  He also came in with bad skin, we were told he's allergic to fleas and grass.  So now that he has neither, his skin should heal quickly.   He is sniffly and takes allergy medication for that.  We were told he was fine with other cats, but he really would rather not.  He can live with a cat friendly dog but would also prefer not.   He likes kids fine.  He is up to date on vaccinations, has been wormed and treated for fleas, microchipped, neutered, and tested FeLV/FIV and heartworm negative.     His adoption fee is $50   More photos and video at  https://photos.app.goo.gl/T9HTWWR1aPVibaWY7

Story
Orange and white Manx boy .Born about March 2018, Thor is a big muscular stumpy Manx boy who weighs about 11 1/2 pounds.  He was surrendered with his whole family to a high kill shelter (Loki and Tinder are relatives).    He was timid for a couple days and then decided that all he wanted was to be petted.  He will rub his face against yours, and he likes to be brushed.  He'll play, but right now he'd rather be petted.   He has the most amazing copper colored eyes.    He is up to date on vaccinations, has been wormed and treated for fleas, and tested FeLV/FIV and heartworm negative. He should be neutered and microchipped 4-9 and be ready to go to a new home after that.     His adoption fee is $60      More photos and video at  https://photos.app.goo.gl/ZBfwvXqtaeVZo1tX7

Story
Petite Manx mix girl .Born around February 2017, Alexa is a very small tabby and white Manx mix girl.Alexa came from a colony situation where a homeless man was feeding cats.  So she is used to being with other cats.  She is extremely shy and timid at first, so she is going to need a quiet home with people willing to give her time to settle in and gain confidence.  But once she gets to know you she loves to be petted and loves lap snuggle time. She would love a home with laps she can sleep in!        She is up to date on vaccinations, has been wormed and treated for fleas.  She is spayed, microchipped, and tested FeLV, FIV, and heartworm negative.   Her adoption fee is $50     More photos and video at https://photos.app.goo.gl/bfTNvh51DxYNcsW59      BONUS: comes with certificate for free exam at Banfield if out of town.  Free wellness exam at Sheets Pet Clinic within 30 days of adoption if local to Greensboro, plus free dose of Multi, free bag of Lean Treats, free OraVet chew, and discounts on flea/tick products, vaccines, name tag, and more at Sheets Pet Clinic in Greensboro.

Story
Stunning tabby Manx girl .A petite and adorable brown tabby born in March 2014, Penny is a Manx-mix with a cute stub of a tail.   As for personality, you couldn’t ask for a sweeter girl than Penny! She likes attention and being petted and loves a quiet lap and having her neck and ears gently massaged and scratched. Penny will also be happy to carry on a conversation with you in her teeny tiny voice. She does get along with other friendly cats, but is very non-aggressive and timid, making her a target for cats that tend to be bullies. For that reason, she might also be fine as someone’s cherished only cat.    Penny is a young girl, but she is in kidney failure.  We aren't sure why, but the vet has confirmed it is progressive.  Penny is very particular about what she'll eat, probably because of the kidney issues.       So, as you can see, Penny’s kidney condition and fussy appetite means she needs a special adopter, someone who is patient and loving, willing to accept her situation and able to provide the care she needs.        Penny is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, has been wormed and treated for fleas, microchipped, and tested negative for FeLV/FIV and heartworms. Her adoption fee is waived for the right home.       More photos and video at   https://photos.app.goo.gl/r1e2RiXoTXQ1hOwO2

Story
Special tailless girl for adoption .Courtesy Post   Lucy is gorgeous inside and out. She was a street kitty having litter after litter. Thank goodness she is now in retirement. She is very shy to warm up and will hide for awhile when in a new place. I’m sure this is how she survived the streets. She loves head rubs, and purrs and purrs while rubbing against you. Her baby making years caused mammary cancer. Her tumors have been removed. She will need regular vet care to make sure they don’t reappear.  She is located in Charlotte, NC, but transport is available to most major cities.  Contact Traveljunkie345@yahoo.com       The pet listed is not a part of or associated with Tailless Cat Rescue.  The information listed for each animal was provided by individual caregivers and was not generated or verified by TCR.
