Story
Sammy was rescued from a dog meat farm in South Korea in 2015, at roughly 1 year old. We adopted her knowing she needed a lot of work and professional training (Sparks K9). She was scared of stairs, leashes, and had never had toys or treats. Fast forward to now and she's a completely different dog. She's more confident, but still timid with strangers and new situations. She walks great on a leash, knows basic commands, and is house-trained. She'd love nothing more than to sleep on the couch or with her people. She needs a large fenced yard but is lazy. Because of Sammy's rough beginning and having to fight for everything, she has twice hurt our other dogs. Both times she was provoked by the other dog, but she still was very aggressive and did serious damage to the other dogs. While more professional training may help, we feel she is being triggered by her past and therefore should not live with other dogs going forward. She has never come close to being aggresive towards a person.

Story
HI - I'M MOE! I'm a 5-year-old brown brindle and white Mastiff-Australian Shepherd mix (per my paperwork). My family left me at a shelter a couple weeks before the holidays, and I don't understand why. I was rescued, but am now waiting for a new forever home to call my own. I'm sad and confused. I haven't officially been tested with other dogs yet, but I have been good when others are around me. I weigh 82 lbs. Can you foster or adopt me?   My adoption fee of $400 covers neuter, DA2PP shots, rabies, bordetella, heartworm test, microchip, health certificate, and other costs. Ginger's Pet Rescue is a nonprofit 501c3 organization.     Please    email for an adoption application.

Story
HI - I'M GEORGE, and I'm an 84-lb, 2-year-old male Mastiff mix. I am quite the hunk, with my white chest, big head, and large body. I'm also quite mellow and fun! I was tested just recently with another male dog and did fine (we have videos!). I'm not so keen on cats. I would welcome a home where I could be loved and admired. Could you foster or adopt me soon?  My adoption fee of $450 covers spay, DA2PP shots, rabies, bordetella, heartworm test, microchip, and other costs. Story
My name is Willis, and today is the day I embark on my Journey Forward. You see I was left unclaimed in a City Pound East of Houston TexasLet me tell you a little about myself.I am 7 whole human years old. I am food motivated and very calm.I absolutely love Soft bedding but have been known to “shred” it when I want something to doI’m not crazy about being in a wire kennel... I’d rather just be with my human. I’ll just find me a soft spot and we can watch your favorite show.(Don’t forget, we will need snacks )I really don’t mind having other dogs around if they are like me. I’m not into that rough playing... I’m a “kick back sort of guy”Walks are great! We can go explore the many different sights and smells Together. That would be Awesome.Cats? Heck those things are for chasing... right?Let’s make sure no cats are in our family...I think older kids might be fun to have. They can brush my hair and give me TreatsOk let me know when I can move in. All you have to do is contact my coordinator, Mikey, at Mikey@threelittlepittiesrescue.orgI’m excited to meet you and show you how Awesome I am.
