Story
Hazel is a love able and cuddleable dog. She came from Los Angeles and I have had her since she was about 4 weeks. She has separation anxiety and excessive barking issues along with a disease that requires her to have monthly shots and daily medication( about 60 bucks a month). This is what she needs to be kept alive. She loves to be warm and hates the cold. She is very cuddly and likes to stay active.

Story
This cutie is Cosmo - a little Miniature Pinscher/Chihuahua mix who is 4 years old and currently weighing 11-12 pounds.  Cosmo loves his doggy buddies in his foster home. Because he is not a fan of children, he is approved for adoption into adult households or households with children 15 years and older. Cosmo loves to play with toys, cuddle, and go for a nice walk.  Cosmo is a cautious guy initially so he takes a minute to warm up to new people but once he knows you, you have a friend for life!  Cosmo would benefit from having another small, friendly dog in his adoptive home. This little guy knows some basic commands and is house-broken. Cosmo would love a fenced yard so when he gets his “zoomies” and wants to run and chase, he can do so safely.   This dog has been examined by a licensed veterinarian, inoculated against diseases, tested negative for heartworm disease, is neutered and microchipped. ADOPTION APPLICATIONS are available upon request from acaringplace@comcast.net A Caring Place - All Breed Dog Rescue adopts throughout the Greater Chicagoland Area. All dogs and puppies live in foster homes, providing you as the adopter, with information on the animal's behaviors, needs, and requirements. Story
Adoptable Murphy, affectionately called Dobby by his fosters, is the definition of a diamond in the rough. He is an 8 year old Male, Min pinscher mix. He struggles with first impressions, but given some time and patience, morphs into a very loving and sweet boy. In just the short time he's been with his new fosters (only a few days at this writing), he has become total couch snuggler and wigglebutt with us. He gets very excited to see us and has started playing with toys, even some tug-of-war with his pittie foster sister. Murphy needs a home that will let him blossom on his own schedule; patience (and treats) is the key to this sweetheart. Given his initial fears with new people and quick movements, a home without young children is best. If you're looking for a loyal best friend and are willing to give him the initial space to learn you, Murphy would be a perfect match. Don't rule out this grumpy looking old man, he has so much life and love left to give and would love to call you his human! If you are interested in Murphy, please email bowwowrevolution@gmail.com!

Twinkie is a 1 year old min pin and terrier mix. Her adoption fee is $300 which includes her spay, microchip implant, fecal exam, and shots up to date. Twinkie is deaf but is learning hand signals and other basic training with her foster family. They said she is a quick learner! She loves to play with her foster siblings (both human and dog) and loves to chew on bones. She is just a sweetheart looking for her forever home. Please note: All dogs require a $100 training deposit. Once confirmation of the completion of a training class has been sent to the rescue, you will receive your deposit back in full. As we are a rescue all of our adult dogs/puppies for adoption must be spayed or neutered. Although we make every attempt to have this done before finding their adoptive families, this is not always possible. Please speak with your adoption coordinator to see of this service has already been performed or they will explain to you if your new dog/puppy will need this service while in your care at no cost to you. When emailing please include your phone number to help speed up the adoption process. Also, for the safety of our dogs we only adopt within a 2 hour radius of Joliet, Illinois to allow our volunteers to do home checks if necessary.
